SteadyUs is operated by SteadyUs. These terms govern your use of SteadyUs. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

• The ability to export and delete your data at any time
• No advertising, tracking, or data selling

Your Responsibilities

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Don't attempt to access other users' data
• Don't use the service for any illegal activities

Content Ownership

You own all content you create. We don't claim any rights to your entries. Your reflections are yours alone.

Service Availability

We strive to keep SteadyUs available and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for any interruptions in service.

Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use this service. If you are in the European Economic Area, you must be at least 16 years old.

Subscriptions

Free accounts have access to core features with some limits. Pro subscriptions unlock additional features. Early adopters receive 3 months of Pro access free. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated with notice.

Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.

Auto-Renewal Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

End User License Agreement

SteadyUs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the application.

All content you create within SteadyUs (check-ins, reflections, notes) remains your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your personal content. You may export or delete it at any time.

SteadyUs is a reflection and journaling tool, not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or therapy. If you're experiencing serious relationship difficulties, please seek appropriate professional help.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
